Free Shipping on all orders across India and Singapore.

We ship only in India and Singapore and for domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. TomTommy is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

Currently we don't have COD (Cash on Delhivery) option.

Your order gets shipped in 1-3 days of order placement and take 5-10 days on delivery depending on your location.
Incase otherwise, you will be notified by our team.

ORDER CANCELLATION
All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Cancellation by Customer:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. To cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time you place the order.
If you cancel the order after 24 hours, please mail and check with customer support, if the product is shipped we can't cancel the order. If the product is not shipped though packed, still we can give full refund.

REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE

If you wish exchange a defective product or a wrong item that has been shipped out. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can promptly assist you. We will have the parcel collected from you, and have the exchanged products sent at the earliest possible. Reverse pick up to be authorized for order exchange. Kindly mail to our customer support. Kindly provide images or videos supporting your complaint so that we can assist you accordingly.

REFUNDS POLICY

Kindly be informed that refunds will not be accepted during SALE periods, except in cases of discrepancies.

TomTommy cannot assume responsibility for products damaged after delivery. No refund will be offered in such cases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, particularly if the items are unavailable or for other valid reasons. If you encounter such issues, you will receive a full refund. The time frame for the resolution and the funds to be credited back to your account typically ranges from 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.

If an order is returned to our warehouse because it was rejected at delivery, we will cancel the order. For prepaid orders within the country, we'll start a refund after taking out Rs 100 for cancellation fees. The rest of the payment will be sent back to the original payment method in 7-10 business days.
